Ease Up Relaxation Therapy ProgramGoals of this program include:
- decreased stress and anxiety - decreased headaches and muscle tension - decreased cortisol production - improved mood and sleep habits This program includes: consultation, an individualized relaxation therapy plan, and one virtual session per week. Progress is tracked throughout the program. Sessions include deep breathing techniques, meditation, visualization, guided imagery, and other modalities. Individual and group sessions are available. |
Empowered Core ProgramGoals of this program include:
- strengthen the core - maintain a healthy body - shape and tone the body - prevent pain and injuries Our core program is geared to those looking to stay fit, active, and motivated. This program include: consultation, two 45 minute virtual sessions per week, mini videos to keep us active and moving, and progress is tracked throughout the program. The classes are medium-paced and moderately challenging, with a focus on strengthening the core muscles of the body. Our program blends yoga, Pilates, and other core exercises. Occasionally, a stability ball will be used. |
