Best Feet Forward Balance Program
The goals of this program include increased balance, decreased risk of falls, improved quality of life. The program includes consultation and balance assessment, individualized balance plan, and two virtual sessions per week. Progress is tracked throughout program and a reassessment at the end of the program.
Relaxation Therapy Program
It is imperative, especially during these challenging times to have tools to promote relaxation. Stress, anxiety, mental fatigue, and tension if unaddressed can manifest into physical conditions and disease. The goals of this program are to decreased stress and anxiety, decreased headaches and muscle tension, decreased cortisol production, and improved mood and sleep habits.
